We have a great group of volunteer leaders at Hillside! Our leaders are in love with Jesus Christ.  This love overflows into their relationships and interaction with our teens..  We could not run this ministry effectively without our leaders.  They take time out of their busy schedules to love teenagers and to meet them exactly where they are at.  What are leaders responsible for at Hillside?  We believe that each leader is gifted in a unique way.  We encourage leaders to use God given desires and gifts to expand and contribute to our ministry.  This brings a diversity in teaching styles and personalities that truly connects with different groups of teens.  It also allows us to each specialize in an area of ministry.  We are made up of many parts that function together for a common goal.  If you are interested in opportunities to serve, please contact us.
